I went to college in 1987 for real estate in Tacoma, Washington. I started my real estate career in Houston, Tx. In 1994. I have primarily worked with investors to purchase properties for rental & flipping. I also work with wholesalers with subject to existing loan & creative financing. I have represented buyers & sellers in just about every deal possible (resale homes, new homes, apartments, tennis academy & millions of dollars of multi units at the same time.
